Returns & Exchanges

At Ovrload, we want you to be fully satisfied with your aesthetic; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Ovrload tags and labels remain attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
